Description: Mirajane's name comes from a video game Hiro Mashima was playing while he created her. Mirajane is the guild's cover girl and has modeled in a number of magazines. Mirajane plays a motherly role within the guild and is rarely seen in a bad mood, so is loved by all members of Fairy Tail. She was once an S-class water and transformation mage renowned as "The Demon" because of her piercing stare. After the death of her younger sister, Mirajane lost much of her magical ability and her will to fight, though she has on occasion displayed the stare she was famous for when angry. When Laxus begins his civil war between Fairy Tail, Mira, like her younger brother, regains her magical abilities when Fried begins attacking Elfman when he is incapable of fighting. Like her siblings, Mirajane's magic is "Take Over". When she was younger, she was an ill-tempered person and imposed a sense of rivalry with Erza.
