The most realistic racing simmulation game yet. Includes all licenced cars and a MOTEC analysis program. Playing with a force feedback wheel obviously adds a dimension to the game, but it's just as good playable with a dual analog gamepad, using the right stick for throttle and brakes. The sound off the game is also incredibly immersive. Unlike the guy in the previous review said, it supports dx9 technology, not only dx8. It runs perfectly fine on my pc (p4 2.8, 1gb ram, 9600pro) on a res of 1024x768, AAx2 ,AFx8....prolly 50 - 60fps....and it looks gorgeous. Snap some high res skies off an rFactorsite and watch a racesim like no other.
Speaking off circuits and tracks....there's allready a dazzling amount of converted tracks from previous racesims...from every F1 circuit to even smaller lesser known circuits and ovals.
The physics, based on the new Gmotor 2 technology, are unmatched in any previous racing game or sim. And the setup possibilities are huge, but can also be done in a very basic way, for the not so hardcore racers. Simple 2-way sliders for suspension, brakes, etc...like found in most racers with a minimum of depth.
I have spent many hours playing this game since I purchased it almost a year ago, and I strongly recommend you buy this sim if you like racing. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message.

The game provides community flexibility to grow and mofify the game with race club formation, MOD designs, and developer tweaks from user feedback. The first installment in the rFactor series is the mixed class road racing edition, SR Grand Prix.
It works because normally in real life, when you look at something, each of
your eyes sees it from a slightly different angle. By using two pictures
you can create the illusion that what you're looking at is not flat (on a
book or movie screen or tv).
3D and image editing/photo editing software. These graphic/software programs are used by myself and I highly recommend them. They are mostly simple programs to use and are very affordable. You can create a very professional looking 3D animated heading like the one above in the time it takes to blow your nose, believe me!! It would be very difficult to pick the best amongst them as they all have their own unique features.
